“ Bush Canteen is an exclusive eatery located on the KNUST- Ayeduase- Kotei road. The Canteen is adjacent the Evans Anfom Auditorium Complex and in the same enclave of the open space car park and KNUST security Services Station. Bush Canteen has various food outlets and a snack bar where soft drinks and beverages are sold. Indigenous Ghanaian dishes such fufu and venison soup, rice balls and palm nut soup with pork, beef or mutton. Jollof rice and chicken thighs, Rice and beans (Waakye) with spaghetti and vegetable salad and fried fish, Gari (cassava flakes) and beans with fried ripe plantains, Tuo Zaafi (TZ), Banku (cassava and corn dough) and okro stew, Kenkey with hot pepper and Shito (dark sauce) with fried fish, and Konkonte (cassava flour) with peanut butter soup with smoked meat. Fresh fruits such as watermelons, pineapples and bananas as wells snacks such as popcorn and plantain chips are available for consumers. ”
